To change the organization
name in meeting invitations
1.
Click Start,
click Control Panel, click
Administrative Tools, and then
click Office Communications Server
2007.

Expand the forest node => pool => Web
Components => Rclick => Properties..
3.
On the General
tab, click Organization, and
then type the name of your organization.
4.
Click OK to
close the properties page.
If your organization requires it,
you can also add disclaimer text to meeting invitations.
The same disclaimer is displayed to users when they join
a meeting.
