[0xC3EC78C7] : Force de-activation of OCS server fails

Suppose you have a non-functional OCS Server and you want to remove it from your AD and OCS console. .You try to deactivate this server from the OCS console but it fails with the error [0xC3EC78C7].

To resolve this issue, delete the OCS Server from the RTC Service container using adsiedit.msc.

Domain => System => Microsoft => RTC Service => Pools

Under above container you would find the server name which is non-functional. Delete that server from above container.

DON'T DELETE THE RTC SERVICE CONTAINER. IT'll BRING ALL OF THE OCS SERVERS DOWN.

Please make sure that the there should not be any OCS Server running in the environment. Deleting this container will stop the running OCS server.
