How to configure LCS \ OCS for RCC?
the very first thing you would configure, is the
RCC gateway. After you have configured the RCC gateway, configure the OCS server
and users for RCC.
Suppose the RCC gateway FQDN is RccServer.OcsPedia.com
and the IP Address of the RCC G/W is 192.168.2.183.
Go to the Front End properties of OCS => click
Routing tab => Add the following route.

Note: Check off the Phone URI otherwise
it will create the domain as sip:*@rcc.megalab.com;user=phone.
This would cause the RCC to fail.
After configuring routing tab, configure the Host
Authorization tab on the Front End properties. This is to ensure that the RCC gateway
is authorized to talk to the OCS servers.

Next step is to configure the User's properties
as followings.

The Server URI domain should matche the Static
Route Domain that was configured under Routing tab.
Here is a blog which talks about
various RCC issues...
Note: You also need to ensure that user's phone
number is normalized properly before RCC works smoothly. See here about OCS Phone number normalization...
